We went to Machaca Reef at Captain Don's Habitat. You can use their steps on the pier to get into the water at no charge, but if you want to use their facilities (lockers, rinse tubs, water, bathrooms, etc.) you must pay $5. The water was not real clear, but I got a few pictures.

Then we went in search of good snorkel areas. The dive map indicates where they are. Many are marked with yellow painted rocks with the name of the dive site painted on them. We found Cliff dive site and I went in to snorkel. The water was very clear. I got a photo of a huge French Angel Fish.

We went for lunch at Grace Place after a long search for it. It is a Surinam restaurant. 

We had chicken roti. It was very filling.

Then we went to the Donkey Sanctuary and paid $7 each to go through the acres of donkeys. They came right up to the car and followed us hoping we had food for them. Some people had carrots to feed them and had their windows rolled down. The donkeys flocked to them.

Grocery stores donate vegetables from their supply of vegetables that are not fit for sale.
