Today we picked Amber up at the airport and took her to work. We then went to the surinam restaurant, Grace Place, for pom. It is just chunks of sauteed chicken in a sauce mixture of citrus juices, tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper, nutmeg. It is then served with rice and vegetables. We had eggplant.  

We went to the airport to make sure our tickets to Aruba were okay since Insel Air has cut back on their flights between islands and our flight time was changed. They assured us it was fine. We searched the grocery stores for bananas, but none were around. Thursday is the day they come, I was told.
